Our contemporary architect’s studio based in Little Chalfont, Buckinghamshire is headed up by owner and director Jonathan Dale. Jonathan, a RIBA Chartered Architect, has been with the practice for over two decades, taking over from founder, Jane Duncan OBE, in 2020.

JDA specialise in designing bespoke homes as well architectural design for the leisure, community, commercial and education sectors. Our work has received regional and national recognition over the years, gaining several awards including Grand Designs Finalist, UK Property Awards, LABC Building Excellence Awards, and several Chiltern Building Design Awards.

In 2021 we were named the best specialist high-end residential architecture and interior design firm in Buckinghamshire by Build magazine.
