Sensitive development of brownfield land to create two modern dwelllings

JDA has proposed this redevelopment of a brownfield site within the AONB and Green Belt in Wigginton. This project is in collaboration with developers, Founthill Ltd.

Windows of various sizes have been added to replicate the appearance of a traditional barn, and one feature corner window added at the rear to serve the primary living space. The unique, angled green roofs also contain several roof lights, meaning each of the rooms are flooded with natural light, but also bring the beautiful landscape inside.
