Planning Consent for this "beautiful, well designed" traditional replacement dwelling

JDA are pleased to announce the recent planning approval gained for this new replacement dwelling proposal, on. The new house measures some 10,000 sq.ft and has been designed to meet the specific needs of our clients’ and their family.

Located within the 'established Residential Area of Special Character', this proposed new home has been designed in an 'arts and craft' style. Sympathetic to the local vernacular, the design features sprocket details, arched brickwork & catslide roofing. The wide balcony located at the rear of the first floor provides an excellent spot for watching the family play tennis on their existing court.

The practice was very pleased by the Senior Planning Officer’s comment that the proposal was “a beautiful, well-designed house”.
