Oxted – New House

New contemporary home built in the rear garden of the client’s existing property

Our brief was to design a lifetime home for our private client in the rear garden of their existing property.

The house is part two storey and part single storey to minimize impact on the neighbours. Solid planes to front with sides clad in natural materials to provide privacy and blend with the verdant surroundings, whilst generous openings to the rear provide plenty of sun and light, open views and connection to garden.
