Extensions, Alterations and Renovation of a 1970s bungalow into a modern family home

Our client had previously applied for permission to add another storey in 2004 but this was turned down, JDA were appointed and after significant research of other, similar projects locally, we were successful in obtaining planning permission for the additional storey.  We subsequently gained approval for an extension as well, allowing the house to nearly double in size to over 3,000 square feet.

The bright, modern interiors are a result of extensive interior renovations and some rejigging of the old house layout, as well as a lot of hard work by our clients too.
