Conversion of a Grade 2 Listed farmhouse and outbuildings, into 3 new luxury homes

This is the third phase of the development and concerns the conversion of the existing indoor swimming pool and adjacent outbuildings into a new dwelling.

If you’ve checked out Phase 1 and Phase 2 on our website, you’ll be able to see the improvements we’ve made to this beautiful property. It started by removing the old fixtures and furnishings to then going on to replace the roof in later months. The roof was one of the biggest jobs the property would undergo since it’s sheer scale.
