Beautiful pool and spa facilities for an existing client

We were very happy again to be asked to work for this client on their new spa having designed their current house some ten years previously.  The client purchased the house at the bottom of their garden and after many planning negotiations and applications, JDA+I extended and altered the property to create a new swimming pool, spa and leisure complex at ground floor, with a self-contained, 2-bedroom apartment at first floor.

The new detached pool building, dance studio extension, and gym in the converted garage, were all carried out under Permitted Development, necessary on this property as it is in the open Green Belt.
