Stunning pool building in the rear garden for an existing client.

We were very happy to work for this client again and design a light, contemporary pool building in their beautiful garden with views of the woods beyond. In addition to obtaining planning permission to extend and remodel their house, we were able to gain Certificate of Lawful use for the new pool building.

The building is very visible from the main family areas of the house and the rear patio, so it was very important to ensure that it blends in well with the garden and presents an attractive view throughout the seasons. We used charred timber cladding in a beautiful grey colour, green roof and slim framed sliding doors to flood the space with natural light.

Internally the same timber cladding continues, contrasted with pale porcelain tiles. At night the pool sparkles and the clients like to keep the lights on and enjoy the view.
